Hathi Cement manufactures and distributes its range of cement. We aim to optimize distributors across our markets and providing a complete solution to customer's needs at the lowest possible cost, an approach we call strategic integration of activities.

Cement is made from a mixture of 80 percent limestone and 20 percent clay. These are crushed and ground to provide the "raw meal”, a pale, flour-like powder. Heated to around 1450° C (2642° F) in rotating kilns, the “meal” undergoes complex chemical changes and is transformed into clinker. Fine-grinding the clinker together with a small quantity of gypsum produces cement. Adding other constituents at this stage produces cements for specialized uses.

Ordinary Portland Cement 53 grade ( Hathi OPC 53 G)

High-grade cement with a consistent 28 days compressive strength of the order of 60-65 Mpa. Particularly useful for structural applications involving concrete of high strength. It is very useful for sub-soil construction (foundation). Protects construction for a lifetime.

Portland Pozzolana Cement (Hathi PPC)

HATHI PPC is produced from one of the finest limestone resources and blended with pozzolana bearing reactive silica, supported by advanced process control systems.

HATHI PPC with reactive silica and unique cement chemistry protects construction against adverse weather and soil conditions. It is an eco-friendly product consuming fly ash generated \ which otherwise would have hampered the environment. Thus, HATHI PPC is a unique, durable, and environment-friendly Cement.
